Jacobite Steam Train September 2023

TOOT TOOT! TOOT TOOT!  Due to HUGE demand, we have been able to secure some additional tickets for the world-famous Jacobite Stream Train.

Start your day by joining our luxury coach and travelling to Fort William where you’ll have time to explore the shops or grab some lunch (lunch not included) before boarding the famous Jacobite Steam Train which is the Hogwarts Express Styled Train used in The Harry Potter Films.

You’ll take in some impressive scenery as we make our way to Mallaig on the train.  Upon arrival at Mallaig you’ll have some time to explore the shops, maybe enjoy a fish tea or some delicious ice cream.

For an addition charge (£19pp) you can also join us a 1 hour Wildlife Cruise around the harbour and surrounding islands where you can spot seals and dolphins.  If you are lucky enough, you might even spot an Orca!  To add the Wildlife Cruise, please call us on 0300 373 0800.

• 7.15am – Pick up at Thorne Travel, Kilwinning
• 7.30am – Pick up at Kilmarnock, Queens Drive
• 10.45am – Coach arrives at Fort William
• 12.50pm – Steam train departs Fort William
• 3.06pm – Steam Train arrives in to Mallaig
• 5pm – Steam train departs Mallaig
• 6.52pm – Steam Train arrives in to Fort William
• 7.15pm – Coach departs for return journey
• 10.00pm – Approx arrival back to Kilmarnock
• 10.20pm – Approx arrival back to Kilwinning
• 10.35pm – Approx arrival back in Ardrossan
